We will move through several periods of writing, reading aloud (always optional), sitting meditation (zazen, on a cushion or chair), and walking meditation (kinhin). Instruction will be provided for all of these.  This workshop draws on the work of Natalie Goldberg, who has been integrating writing and Zen for decades and is a foremother of the “fastwrite” process we use at WW(f)aC.
Co-sponsored by Open Mind Zen Indiana.  Participants of any faith, or no faith, are welcome.
